General
Can I purchase the Refresh Plan or Single Box as a gift?

Absolutely!  

  1. Choose which option you would like to gift.
  2. Fill out our short survey about the recipient if you chose the Refresh Plan.
  3. Enter your email address to receive confirmation once your order is placed.
  4. Enter the recipient's Name
  5. At the checkout screen, toggle the "This is a gift".  You will be able to add gift message that will be included at no cost.
  6. Enter the recipient's  Shipping address and your billing information.
  7. Click Here to get started!

 

Can I skip/pause a month?

If you ever feel the need to skip/pause your Refresh Plan subscription, you definitely have the option to do so.  You can only skip or pause your subscription after you have received your first two boxes.

  1. You can manage your subscription and skip payment from your customer login area.
  2. Under My Subscriptions, click "Manage"
  3. Under "Account Settings (Billing, Email, Password)", click "Subscription Settings"
  4. Under "What would you like to do?", select "Pause my subscription" and Confirm

Note:

  • You are able to skip max to 2 months in a row
  • Regardless of the billing period you are currently on, when you choose to skip a payment, you will only prolong it to a month or two (and not skip entire year of payments if you are on a yearly plan, for example)
  • After the new renewal date has been reached, you will be moved to the new billing and shipping period which will correspond to the new renewal date.
Billing
When am I charged/billed?

You are charged immediately following the initial purchase of your single and Refresh subscription box.  

If you purchased the Refresh Plan ($10/month), you will be billed every month on the same day you initially signed up.  

What are the costs of the boxes?

Single (One time) boxes cost only $20.

Is sales tax charged to my order?

Yes, sales tax is added as a separate line item and will be visible on your receipt.  Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address.  

What are the acceptable forms of payment for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB cards.

How do I update my billing information?

You can billing information from your customer login area.

  1. Under My Subscriptions, click "Manage"
  2. Under "Billing Details", click "Edit"
Shipping
What is the cost of shipping?

Only a flat rate of $2.95 for continental USA orders only.

How can I track my shipment?

When your box is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number notifying you that your order has shipped.  

How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address from your customer login area.

  1. Under My Subscriptions, click "Manage"
  2. Under "Shipping Address", click "Edit"
Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.  We only ship within the continental USA.

When does my box ship?

If you are a new subscriber or purchase a single box, your first box will ship within 2 business days of ordering.   

For existing subscribers, your box will ship the same day that you initially signed up.  For example:  If you sign up on January 15th, your next box will be shipped on February 15th.

How do I update my survey answers?

You can update your survey answers from your customer login area.

  1. Under "Update Choices", click "Edit"
Replacements
Can I return any of the products from my box?

Unfortunately, you cannot return any of the products that you receive, even if they are unopened.

One of the products arrived damaged. What should I do?

Send us an email with your name and order number to support@freschebox.com and we will quickly take care of you.

What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept returns.  If your products arrived to you damaged, send us an email with your name and order number to support@freschebox.com.

I am missing one of my products.

Fresche Box ships 5 sample/trial sized products per box.  If you are missing one or more of your products, please send us an email to support@freschebox.com.  Please include the following information in your email:
